Authentic Engagement

  • Do not impersonate others, provide false information, or mislead users.
  • All offers and services must be clearly described and delivered as promised.
  • Referral activities must follow platform rules — no unsolicited messages or spamming

Quality of Content & Services

  • Influencers and consultants must deliver meaningful, respectful, and promised content.
  • Content must not include explicit, sexual, adult, or unethical material.
  • Supporters should use the platform in good faith and not exploit or pressure influencers.

Illegal Activity and Prohibited Use

  • You may not use VivoLink for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
    • Child exploitation or abuse
    • Selling or promoting illegal goods or services
    • Copyright or trademark violations
    • Sharing private or sensitive data without consent

Platform Integrity

  • Do not interfere with the functionality, security, or operation of VivoLink
  • Use of bots, automation tools, or exploits to game the system is forbidden.
  • All disputes, refunds, and communication must be handled transparently through official channels.

Enforcement

  • VivoLink reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or remove content or accounts that violate these Guidelines.
  • Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination without refund.
  • We may also report violations to law enforcement if required by law.
